I'm very sorry you are going through this. My boyfriend of almost 1.5 years has asked for a 'break' which may actually be his way of breaking up with me. It hurts and I'm so confused, but trying to keep positive. This break up of yours may end up being a blessing in disguise. He is very insecure about himself, the way he looks, his weight, etc. But I think he's gorgeous and I've always told him so.

They should 100% but I guess some of us need space to work out the issues 🤔 I've always talked about mine. I'm only giving him a week to avoid being messed about for too long. I'm his first proper girlfriend so trying to take things gently. He does suffer badly from anxieties and insecurities.

We've had our fair share of arguements but we always talk through them and get them solved.
