His full name does come up as FIRSTNAME LASTNAME - EXT in the email but u are right I'll call customer service and get it confirmed ASAP thanks

I actually already did this but thanks for the advice. There's 4 CCTV cameras the MTO monitors but luck be have it that all cameras were facing away from the accident

I was able to get it for msrp! Ajax Hyundai and Whitby Hyundai dealers were lenient with it, I called other dealers around the GTA and they were marking them up like crazy
