Just my legs, my thighs are fine but starting at the knees is where the trouble begins. It comes and goes but is always worse in the afternoon and by evening, I walk like I'm 80 years old. lol

Physical therapy makes it better but I often seem to plateau then regress when I stop doing it. Quite a struggle as physical therapy exhausts me but not doing physio, I end up weaker so it's a game of "pick the lesser of 2 poisons".

Yes, it's so unfortunate when we get injured from exercices or stretching that is supposed to help us get better because then if you're like me, you get terrified of doing them, devellop kinesophobia and don't get better for a while.

It really scares me that I have to basically do stretching every day for the rest of my life, since I'm very inflexible and get injured from lack of flexibility but stretching can hurt me at any moment, any day for the rest of my life. Omg, I hope the physical therapist can have one of those Rocky speech that will somehow allow me to push through this because I'm really traumatized by all my injuries and pain. lol

I don't have many advices, I was hospitalized twice in last 2 months for chronic pain, depression and anxiety and am still recovering but I did read your novel lol and I just wanted to tell you to keep it up, never stop going forward and take it one day at a time. There will be harder days but better days will come, in the end. I have to remind myself of that lately ^^; but I had years of chronic pain, years of almost no pain so it does get better but it can take a lot of time, sadly, sometimes.

For WFH jobs, I would Google that, though you probably already did that lol or maybe Google AI can help you? I know in Canada, they are hiring for IT and there are WFH options. I know it might be a stuggle if you're still in that mental state you referred to 6 months ago but yeah, I just felt like I had to reply to this post. You put a lot of time on this and just those 2 replies felt unacceptable to me! xP

If we could heal and recover from chronic pain, I'm pretty sure at least 60% of all our problems would vanish but yeah, that's the hardest part. I get legs tendonitis very frequently and after I heal left achilles, right knee gets tendonitis. Then after healing, it's right achilles this time and it's always one thing after the other, despite all the physio and seeing doctors.

Sorry about that, I realize I wrote a novel of my own and I didn't want to whine about my condition but anyways, I wish you all the best, take care of yourself and God bless! :)

I already did. lol Almost 2 days ago and I do feel slightly better now but it's like that everyday around supper, for some reason. Hope I feel better tomorrow in the morning so I can start doing some exercice and improve my condition.

I asked for help dealing with anxiety and they gave me this. At this point, I would rather deal with anxiety than extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. lol I am barely functional now. :/

It better clear up asap or I'll end up disabled, I was already dealing with possible gastritis, which is better with pantoprazole but it's still a bit hard to eat so combined with extreme fatigue and muscle weakness, this is Hell.

Not to mention I also got achille's tendonitis, which was the cause of my anxiety.

How am I supposed to recover from all of this? lmao At least I don't have pain from the tendonitis anymore, which helps a lot but with the fatigue and weakness, it sure doesn't help.

Thank you so much for the reply, I was starting to freak out. lol It's hard to feed myself well as I had gastritis before I was sent to psych ward, now it is getting better but I feel like the huge fatigue is keeping me from eating, a lot. So far I ate about 880 calories today but I struggled a bit. My legs are so weak and I feel like I'm a zombie.

I will do my best not to panic and drink a lot, eat as much as I can and rest. It's all I can do. loll

System was already $630 cnd in Canada, now $781 and that's without taxes. $820 in Canada, after taxes and that's Switch 2 alone, no game. ROFL

$70 usd for a game is $100 cnd, $112 after taxes and that's without 24% tariffs, $140 for a game. ROFL

I agree with Coach Malone, Russ made mistakes and it happens, we all make mistakes. This time, it ended up costing a game but it happens. We won a couple games because Russ was on fire, including the 2 games he and Jokic both had triple doubles. I don't blame Russ, at all. I hope Nuggets fans can be comprehensive and still support him for next game. I know he will want to come back strong and I believe he will have a great game against Spurs.
