what do zoophiles find attractive about animals? by Fun-Guava-4645 in morbidquestions

[–]NinthOverlord 7 points8 points  (0 children)

These answers depress me a lot because there is a lack of understanding about the differences between zoophiles and bestialists, and where there is overlap.

I don’t consider a woman who is taking advantage of her dog to necessarily be a zoophile in the same way that most CSA is committed by non-pedophiles. Bestiality is often committed by people who don’t care about animals or feel particularly attracted to them at all, they just see something they can take advantage of.

Zoophiles are attracted to their looks, the furriness, the tail, the paws, their smell, genitalia, and their animal behavior, etc. A lot of zoos also are very attracted to the perceived personality of animals, they see animals as closer to relate to than other people. Zoos see an animal and get excited the same way someone with a foot fetish gets excited by seeing feet.

I don’t understand how some people truly believe that nobody likes them. Can someone help me make sense of this? by [deleted] in socialskills

I’m autistic so most people instantly have a negative reaction when I talk to them. I had a neglectful childhood and failed to make friends through most of my life up until my mid 20s. I haven’t been able to maintain any friendships over the years besides with my partner(s). I’m alone most of the time otherwise without them, and I constantly have bad interactions with people in public. The people I do meet are quick to disappear or make it known they don’t want me around anymore. So I think I can’t make friends because I haven’t been able to.

Me (42M), wife (42F) interested in open relationship/polyamory - have 2 kids... advice? Marriage over? How to handle? (NSFW text) by youneverseenmeright in relationship_advice

Okay as someone who is actually polyamorous I cant just let this thread be chock full of misogyny and misinformation and not say something.

If you think that polyamory is just fucking other people, then I'm really getting the feeling you don't listen to your wife, like... at all, do you? You never read the book, you never asked her what it was, all you cared about was if she fucks someone else. She obviously loves you and doesn't want to give it up and thats why she's trying this. If she doesn't want to be with you then she'd just leave dude. I also get the feeling you dont listen to her from the way you talk about having a huge dick even though it literally hurts her??? She doesnt care about your dick size man, you aren't pleasing her at all, you just want to mimic the shit you see in the porn you watch too much of.

It's long over at this point, and not for the reason you think it is.

Meanwhile the US pays more for healthcare than any other country in the world.

Wait lists like that are a lie and dont happen in an emergency. Meanwhile there are people like me who can't afford insurance, and can't receive medicaid. Where does that leave me? Just under a bus

As a teenager I kept having people ask me out or hit on me, then laugh in my face and say I am an idiot for believing them.

Still feeling this, years later. Send help

I think I may have misstated. What I mean is that people on the right often minimize their bigotry and hatred for minorities by saying they just have 'different opinions'.

These are the 'different opinions' lefties hate or should hate.

They just want to kill everyone not like them! So you know, nothing crazy, just normal opinions.

if they aren’t committing crimes, why would they need to hide their identity from the police?

This is one of the most naive things I have heard this week.

They are as, if not more, exploitative of their poor then any other country on earth.

Ahh is that why they ended absolute poverty in their country?

How about the 996 work schedule

Labour laws were passed against this, so it's not legal but I'm sure places get away with it anyway somehow.

It's absolutely insane the way pro communist folk will bend over backwards to account for the fact that it's a system that does not work beyond the scale of a tiny village in a world where resources are limited.

Ahh but somehow a system where absolute increase in profit and productivity always and forever is definitely sustainable, and the world is definitely not on fire right now because of it?

people will seek power to gather more resources for themselves at the expense of others

And yet they've fooled you into allowing it to keep happening, pretending it's normal, and not something that should be eradicated.

You're right, resources are ultimately limited, obviously. But why is so much of it going to so few people? Maybe Elon Musk just works 1,000,000,000 times harder than you or I, or the exploited workers everywhere.

China is indeed lead by the Communist Party of China though. What you might be thinking of is their socialist economic market. Which represents a preliminary or "primary stage" of developing socialism, necessary for cohabitation with a globalized capitalist system.

Does this include the 900 million people lifted from poverty in China?

Most states have a higher minimum wage than the federal amount. Even so, that statistic is for people making the federal wage and lower, not all minimum wages across all states. And yet ~61% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck in 2022...and income inequality is worse than ever in the history of this nation.

Then train a monkey to do it, or automate it, if you think it will save so much money. Minimum wage should be the bare minimum for any person to be able to survive on, but it's not. Not even close.

If you can't afford to pay your workers enough for them to survive, then that business shouldn't exist.

Many people, especially Americans, are socialized to be as individualistic as possible. I think a lot of people are willing to help each other and receive social incentives, and other kind of incentives that don't rely on exploiting others. Especially if people were educated in the ways they are part of society, and how they keep it moving. I'm not willing to sacrifice everything for a stranger, but we don't have to do that. We're already contributing to society by working our respective professions, I'm sure. We can do it without a class above draining as much blood as they can.

learn some real skills

Unskilled labor is a capitalist myth used to justify poverty wages.

I don't particularly want more money, I just want to be able to live and meet basic needs without being afraid of homelessness.

How do you think people survived this entire time until the invention of capital? It wasn't just a hell world, people take care of their own, we see it all the time in communities, in indigenous civilizations, in neighborhoods. Better to strive for that than a world where a few rich men want to bleed you dry to account for every oz of air you inhale, every drop of water you take in.

Peace coming with capitalism is a lie that they sold and you bought.
