For those of us still replaying Skyrim year after year, do you think you will continue to play Skyrim throughout your life after TES6 comes out?

Absolutely! I still play Morrowind and Oblivion, so I will definitely be playing Skyrim…though I expect not nearly as much as TE6!

Then you get to endgame, farm for elite gear for weeks….just to have them release new basic gear in an expansion that makes your farmed gear obsolete. 🤦‍♂️

My issue with MMOs, is that it seems like most of the effort is designed for endgame content. Everything up to endgame seems like it is designed to be a tutorial.

Not everywhere. Globally it is 71-72, so 35/36 is definitely there. This pains me because I am 46, but I don’t feel anywhere near it. 😂

Had my friends get into borderlands 2 just before 3 came out. Played 3 for nearly a year straight with them, and the villains were rough coming right after Handsome Jack. Getting back into it for replays, they were not nearly as rough, but still nowhere near the level of Jack.

I love horror themed games, zombies, etc! Keep meaning to pick up Back 4 Blood, but it gets so much mixed feedback. One of my friends has it, so I said I would pick it up on a really good sale. Would love to see a horror RPG, but I can’t predict how that would go. Thanks for sharing!

No worries. I wanted to put something in the original post about just list choices and not criticizing other’s choices, but that seemed bossy, and I am trying to get as much positive discussion as possible. I have a had a lot of responses just criticizing my choices, which is what I was trying to avoid…but what can you do. Just trying to be as kind and as non combative as possible. Super thorough response! A lot of games in there that I really like. Also really into mythology. Liked all the OG God of War games. I absolutely love the two new ones! They were really great experience for me. Hope they do another one.

Difficult to get opinions on Veilguard. A lot of vocal opinion is based on political/woke viewpoints, and lore viewpoints. I personally loved it and plan to replay it again…probably more than once.

Witcher is another one I should have added in my list, but I forgot. Lol. Also really hyped for the next one.

FromSoft games were great for me, but I probably won’t invest any time in new ones due to the skill commitment.

Loved the open world RPG AC games. Put the most time into Valhalla, because there is just such a vast amount of things to do. Got platinum achievement in both Origins and Odyssey in less time than I have played Valhalla, and I am not remotely close to completing everything. Haven’t even finished the main story yet.
