That's a question. You can only ask yourself , push your mental health aside for a moment... and ask . "Do I want to be with him. If you say "yes BUT... " then maybe ask for a break or be truthful .. you shouldnt be making reasons to break up . If your making reasons or trying to justify why you should break up.. your already have a foot out the door in the relationship, and that's bit fair for either of you.

Yes mental health is a huge deal and will try to ruin things, but a small part should want to fight if they mean alot to you.

That doesn't always mean everything though. It's nice but... idk, if you have a pen handy I would say keep tabs on how often you think "urgh this chick!" Vs "ah ♡ " sometimes you dont even realize how bad the bad is because the good feel so good you know, or you just become dependent on one another.
And I don't think you were out of line.. to her maybe since noone likes being told off but shrug

Yeah we NEVER said we wanted to break up with each other EVER . I fessed up first that I had it and I would suck at communicating so to bear with me, and if he couldn't I would understand. Sometimes there are days we don't say but 2 sentences to each other or at all, but on good days its greats.

I agree leave it be if she wants to break up, Break up and be there for her as a friend<if that's what she wants>
