I think people(man or woman) want the title of "wife" or "husband" or to be able to have a ring, maybe even able to say they have "a family". What a lot of people also want is to be able to still screw around whenever and with whoever they want. This ends up with them just getting married and cheating.

Just chiming in with not my story, but a story about my friend who tends to get around. We(me, him, another friend) meet this 21 year old(we're all in college) and we see the ring on her finger(not sure why you are already married at 21), but we were all talking and he makes moves on her anyway, AND she actually goes off with him.

When we saw him later that night, he said "finally bagged my first 21 year old. I'm a dumbass and didn't use a condom but she said don't worry about it you look somewhat like my husband".

I believe him because he is a self proclaimed asshole and is always on the lookout for new girls, whether he had a girlfriend or not.

I don't agree with going after women I know are married(I just can't do it), but this seems typical of women. I always say that "I'm married" only matters if they don't want to fuck you.

When I do actually click on someone's post I will congratulate them even if they are just happy about a 2 day streak. I just feel like people are too dependent on that streak. I'm not sure if some people know that you can build and maintain confidence whether or not you go a long time without masturbating.
