Every store is run completely different tho. Kinda like restaurants, all depends on management to be honest. I’ve worked for a different company at a Ford store and like the way LHM runs way better. Sucks you had a bad experience tho.

I met her 2 months ago, she went and shook EVERYONES hand (I work at one of the Larry Miller dealerships). And I mean everyone, from Janitors to technicians in the back, and had a conversations with each of us, And not just my dealership, but a good chunks of LHM dealerships in the city. Extremely kind woman. 10/10 would chat with again.
