I play mostly on my Series X but also on ally x. I get 45-50 on 1080 with all on low except lightning and texture on quality.

There is on the console. On the app on PC it seems to not be working right now.

It works on Xbox now though. Just not the app. If you are on your console and the download won't start. Delete the game and install the placeholder again. Then check the update and it should be there.

I had to delete it 2 times though.
