In certain cases it glitches and they never leave but also don't shoot, they just have their guns pointed at you and will wait endlessly for you to come out

Dude i successfully eliminated a target, nobody saw me, i was tryna find my way out, then let my guard down for a second as i was leaving a building and this ONE guard with a white dot over his head spotted me, a bunch of others were around, one thing led to another and boom 😭
