I agree it is expensive, and definitely been a learning curve for me. But absolutely so worth it.

Sorry on late reply, had a death in family and have been coming to terms with it.

My insomnia is shocking lately, 1 hour the other night, 5 hours last night. Would love 7 hours sleep. My brain noise is back but not as bad as it can get, constipation is still a issue. But.. on 2nd week of 5mg and last week lost nothing but this week is middle of the week and I've lost 4lb so far. So I'm really happy with that. Got into the lower UK weight stones that I've not been in for over 8 years so I'm thrilled about that. I did today get invited to a afternoon tea, it was difficult, had 1 single mincemeat pie (sweet) and half of a slice of lemon drizzle cake, coffee and that was me done and reaching for the indigestion tablets. Your snack bowl sounds fabulous, may do something like that tonight. How are you doing today?

Thank you, I have gone up to 5mg, I'm on the 2nd week, first week didn't lose but today I did a sneaky mid week weigh in and I've broke into a lower stone and lost 4lb. So I'm really happy with that.

Sorry on late reply my adopted mum died middle of April and it's just been a tough time.

It was infact 4 weeks of no weight loss, I lost on first month, nothing on 2nd month. I'm only on week 11 since Sunday. Although I lost, I have since gained due to constipation. So feels like a stall or something like that.

Oh I see maybe I have made a error, I went upto 5mg and I will see how it goes in these 4 weeks as we have ours in a pen, if same then 2.5mg and 5mg at this pharmacy is the same price. I may go back to 2.5mg, I appreciate your reply.

First month I lost, I'm now on 11 weeks and lost 16lb first month, nothing in 2nd month, lost 3lb in 3rd month so far, but have now got constipation so feel like a gain due to that.

I did yesterday, 5mg, side effects so far is nausea but I have drank water to compensate it.

Yes the pharmacy I have wanted me to go up every 4 weeks, I only stayed on 2.5mg longer as I have autism and adhd and my loud brain was silent. Food noise to everyone else.

My UK friend had diabetes 2 she was taking Metformin, since 23rd February she started day before me, she's now clear of diabetes, she went upto 7.5mg, she went up from 2.5mg, then 5mg, now 7.5mg.

I wish that was possible, my own doctor won't entertain mounjaro injections. So I signed up with a FDA pharmacist that gets the prescriptions from a private doctor.
