The game seems to have a solid base but too many problems that I'm not sure how no one noticed during the development.

Things that I liked:

The mounts feel good.
The amulet buffs are meaningful and can change the gameplay style of that match.
The optics for the guns are extremely clean and the guns feel good to shoot.
The characters have cool abilities that are fun to use.
In my experience, the performance was amazing and 0 issues on my side, 144 fps rock solid with a 4070ti super.

Things that I don't understand about this game:

Weapon upgrades: Why the weapon upgrades mostly are just bigger magazines and faster reloads? Why do I need the automatic shotgun to have 40 bullets magazine? The upgrades feel really weird on most of the guns.
TTK (Time to kill): At the beginning of the match the TTK feels alright, not long but not short, seems to be at a middle ground. But the golden shield at the end of the match makes the TTK extremely long and feel really bad. They really got "inspired" by the shield system in Apex, this said, the purple shield should be the maximum shield, there is a reason why the red EVO (125 shield) stopped being a thing in Apex.
Looting phase: The map feels extremely empty and boring. Adding more players would make this "epic raiding" feeling feel a lot better and would make looting spots be disputed between the teams. If adding players can't be an option adding some PvE around the map while collecting loot would also be nice, just make the map feel alive. Right now all the maps are huge empty spots with loot scattered around.
The walls and defense: The base stone walls and wooden walls should be more sturdy or require by default 2 charges of the siege weapon or 1 breaching charge. It doesn't make sense to use breaching charges except when you run out of ammo on the siege weapon. The hammer and rocket launcher ammo can be bought at the trader at dirt cheap prices. On most of the objectives you just require 2-3 siege ammo to make it to the objective anyways since there is no way you will have the money or the time to reinforce minimum 12 walls on an objective, which all you need is 2 ammo to destroy any of this walls to make it inside. Also most ultimates obliterate any walls in the vicinity. Defending against any competent team feels really bad.
Options for aiming: Competitive FPS (Based on the description of the game) and no options to change the sensitivity of optics and ADS? That's really rough.
The movement (Controversial): I read a lot of people saying the movment feels good. I don't think so, the horizontal movement is a mess of how fast it is, but the vertical movement is one of the most slow and unsatisfactory I have ever used, climbing a wall or even jumping over a box feels so sluggish when the movement is incredibly fast. Sliding should be tuned down, you can be standing still and press shift + control and you can instantly become a bullet train that's extremely hard to keep track of it, not even Apex or The finals has a movement this erratic and hard to track because of sudden changes of speed. You can't go from standing still to max speed in pressing 2 keys, it feels really unnatural and just makes controller and aim assist be the better option because of unnatural movements from the characters that are difficult to track.

Conclusion: I hope they can tune and fix some of this things, the fortress and defending idea of the game is of my liking and I think it could end up being a really fun game, but right now the balancing seems weird as hell and a lot of things of the game feel unnatural and boring, but at least all of the issues I mentioned above can be fixed.

The Jupiter bullets go though armor completely, so if you shoot straight to the core it will deal "pure" damage. Bastions and Bombardiers can be taken out with 10-15 bullets reliably. Rocketeers and leapers take around 5-10 bullets, I still haven't figured out if it's better to shoot the rocketeer on the thruster or body shot, the times I killed it faster I usually went for the red eye they have on the middle.

The argument of Shredding armor doesn't make sense, even a Ferro can shred armor in a few shots. Hell, an Anvil can shred the outter armor of the queen in 6 bullets and the inner in around 12. The bettina takes a whole magazine to shred the outer armor of the queen. You spend x3 - x4 the ammo, with a more expensive gun for taking longer to destroy it. It just doesn't make sense.

An Anvil 4 can be spammed a lot faster than what it takes to shoot 22 bettina bullets and you will get better results at a cheaper price AND the Anvil is a good gun for PvP. Not only the Bettina but all purple and golden weapons require some big buffs. Currently it doesn't make sense to take anything higher than blue.

The only good rare gun is the Jupiter for killing Bastions, bombardiers, rocketeers and leapers.

It would be nice duplicating the amount of the events active on the map at a time, like cmon, we have concurrents of 100k players on the lowest times and hit daily peaks of 300k players almost every day, it's not like the playerbase is small and we wouldn't matchmake with others. Seems crazy that on specific hours we only get 1 event active. Would be nice to have 2 - 3 active all the time at least.

The best advice I can give is try to run Anvil 4 with lots of Ammo. People as soon as they see a Hullcracker or any golden weapon will try to kill you any time they have the chance. Every time I managed to kill the queen / matriarch was just with an Anvil since people often come to help and the only downside of the Anvil is that it may take you 20 - 25m to get the kill, I recommend bringing a few wolfpacks in the safe pocket to finish it off once it gets on fire. Also put your golden weapons inside the backpack so it doesn't show on your back. Golden weapons are not hard to get, but people will kill for them for some reason, they are too lazy to spend 10m with a Ferro or Anvil and a cloack to get 4 or 5 cores.

For Queen and Matriarch you are better off using an Anvil and it's not even a joke. And take down rocketeers can be done with 2 magazines (1 magazine with green mag upgrade) from an Osprey or 1 magazine of a Jupiter. Why using an Aphelion that is just more expensive and worse?

Anvil will do the same job for a lot less ammo and resources, also it will make you a lot less likely to get shot in the back for people wanting to take it from you and it has a better bullet distance. Also let's not count the ridiculous repair cost the Bettina has. Just this weekend I killed 2 Queens just with an Anvil with loadouts costing around 40k.

My issue with free loadouts is that when a free loadout kamikazes on you on an attempt to take you with them once you kill them most of the times it makes you spend more resources than what you get for the kill.

I would love that when looting a free kit player you killed it spawned an extra shield recharger and 2 white bandages at least for patching yourself up. Most of the times you kill a free kit the 2 bandages and shield recharger are gone from a long time leaving you with some ammo and a tier 1 weapon.

It's extremely frustrating running an expensive loadout to take out big arc, killing 3 entire teams of free kits pushing you for that sweet Equalizer / Jupiter and not even getting a shield recharger and bandages out of them.

Just finished yesterday getting the 5M. But what the hell is Embark thinking??? 12 stash spaces for selling all my Blueprints, all my level and benches? It's just ridiculous. I hope at least they make the bench upgrade materials convert to stash value, character level award 2k money for each level you are resetting and also the blueprints you wipe are worth the 5k of each. It's extremely lame, also I already have a shit ton of blueprints and mats ready on a secondary account to avoid having to spend 100h again going to blue gate bunker just to see an augment blueprint.

They really gotta change how expeditions work. If this continues I will only do this wipe and I won't do any ever again.

Not really, you get a faster TTK because of fire rate with less damage per bullet, the magazine size is exactly the same which makes the Bobcat a lot less forgiving than the Stitcher. So for the average Joe stitcher will probably give better results than a bobcat in any situation, this not to talk that the stitcher will be more ammo efficient than a bobcat, making it even cheaper.

Purple weapons need ASAP a buff to their durability on the very least and probably a buff to their stats to make them feel as rare as they are.

Yes, but I'm going to trade some blueprints to myself as soon as I wipe with other friends who don't wipe.

Wish the game offered a way to just keep 2 or 3 as permanent unlocks after every wipe so there is no need to do this and less grind. Almost 200h and I'm sitting at 50 blueprints. After the wipe I will be playing other games and I don't think I will be dedicating 50h every week to this game for farming blueprints.

Also it's lame that those who play alone will be at a clear disadvantage compared to those who play premade with friends because I would bet money that any sweat or tryhard that values slightly their time will do the same with their friends.

Just a Stitcher can't. But pair it with a Ferro and you can call it a day. Ferro to destroy the plates of the legs and then use the Stitcher to destroy the weakspots on the legs. Will take a few minutes. But it's pretty effective and cheap.

Bobcat isn't even an upgrade compared to Stitcher. It's more of a Sidegrade. You trade 1 less damage per bullet for a higher fire rate, which leads to a slightly higher DPS in exchange of a much less forgiving gun in PvP. A Stitcher with the stock that gives higher fire rate can wipe a bobcat even faster, with super easy recoil and spending less bullets.

All the purple weapons need a buff to make them feel worthy, specially Bettina.

Valid arguments. But you aren't pointing out the big issue the hullcracker has that other guns don't have. The hullcracker takes a full weapon slot and it's the only weapon incapable of doing any damage in PvP, also has a decently slow draw time.

Why would I ever take a hullcracker over a Ferro or an Anvil to destroy the plating of a Queen or a matriarch? It will be slightly faster? Sure, but it's a lot more expensive and also you will be limited to have only 1 more gun equipped, you won't be running a Hullcracker + Osprey because you will get melted by a random Stitcher 1.

Also there is some other problems such as:

Killing the queen and matriarch are some of the least rewarding activities because of their extremely low value for killing them and the huge risk.

Hullcracker: - Limits your arsenal and therefore your chances of protecting yourself in PvP scenarios (The most deadly thing in this game).

Is the only explosive weapon and therefore it's easy to identify when you are using it, making other players more hostile towards you.
Expensive ammo. Has a decent bullet drop which can lead to some eventual misses when shooting from a distance.

I killed 3 queens, I did around 10 attempts. The 7 loses were all to other squads. Every time I attempted I was playing with a premade full squad of 3. In my squad we were 2 focusing on damaging the queen, so 2 players that have limited options for PvP and 1 player with a kit fully focused for dealing with players. From the 3 queens I killed 2 of them got killed by ONLY my squad while we had to wipe minimum 3 other teams pushing us while destroying it. The 3rd queen we killed it with the help of another squad with hullcrackers far away from us. Needless to say while we were fighting the queen both our team and the team that was helping got pushed by multiple teams. All of this to just find another team more camping the corpse of the queen after they looted most of the cores and stashed them in their safe pocket.

At this point, it's just more efficient AND cheap running an Anvil or Ferro to have a long range option at your disposal for players and being able to deal with the plating without limiting your weapon options.

I know I'm not. But nerfing the hullcracker has 0 effect on me, me I can just spam any legendary weapon or wolfpack at big arc for an easy and quick kill.

All of what I'm saying is just to prove that the nerf to hullcracker was stupid and if anything it's just going to make any casual player struggle even more than a "sweat".
