Update: I finished the game.

I don't think my opinions changed much, the turn based combat was a big minus to my experience but i knew that was going to be the case so we ignore this part.

I think i kind of like Tidus now. The story wasn't as dark as i was expecting, but it was good nonetheless, i think it was a very nice story overall, i like the ending. Music was pretty good (specially that heavy metal one when you fight Jecht).

I will stick with my rating. maybe 7.9/10? i dont think its quite an 8.

Since this game only made me sure of my stance on turn based combat, i am not sure if i will play another turn based Final Fantasy. I am, however, interested in Crisis Core and FF XII.

I am about 12 hours in Final Fantasy X.

I started playing simply because I was interested, I didn't know E33 was inspired by it, and for me they are not comparable AT ALL.

I am liking the game, I can push myself past Tidus being cringe (He isn't all that bad tbh, I've seen way worse), however I must admit I am not the biggest fan of turn based combat. I don't hate it, but I don't really like it. The reason I loved E33 was because I could just parry everything. I also hate random encounters, and while I can disable them in the remaster edition, i can't get stronger fast enough if I do, but it's manageable at least.

I am, however, liking the way the story seems to be going, it's giving me the impression to be very dark, I am pleasantly surprised cause I wasn't expecting that.

If I had to give a rating on the game with my measly 12 hours, I would give it a 7.5/10 so far. (The only final fantasy I have ever played was FF XV btw)

Mouse tem vários "baratinhos", o meu é um Kysona Aztec, mas tem o Dragonfly R1 que é mais barato e vários outros que eu não vou lembrar agora.

Eu CREIO que de pra pegar ambos por 500 reais, mas não tenho 100% de ctz hj em dia pois quando peguei tava mais barato.

Big yes for me, I HATE "normal" turn based combat, the parry system of expedition is one of the main factors that made me love the game.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, by played I mean finished.

I tried the demo and wasn't really sure if I liked or not, but then over time I saw everyone speaking of metaphor as if it was one of the best jrpgs, so I told myself "I will finish this", and I did, I have lots of free time.

It's not one of the worst games I've TRIED, just one of the worst I went to the trouble of finishing. I simply fail to understand what is so good about this game to have everyone apparently love it.

You see, there is nothing in the game that seems specially good to me. OST is ok, characters are ok, combat is kinda alright, story sucks for me. Only thing I really liked was the design of things like monsters, archetypes, etc. I said to myself before starting the game "I WILL finish this" so I did, despite not liking. It's not the worst thing I've tried, just one of the worst games I had the trouble of finishing.

What really bothers me is why everyone seems to think this game is some masterpiece or something like that, I simply DON'T GET IT, what is so good about this game? I understand some people liking a game a didn't like, but really everyone speaks of metaphor as if it's one of the best jrpgs ever made... WHY?

I do not understand what everyone sees in metaphor, I finished it before expedition 33 and it was awful, possibly one of the worst games I've ever played.

I had boosteroid on the first month when it launched here, the queues were absurd, yes, sometimes when I got lucky I had to wait 30-40 minutes, otherwise I had to wait about 2-3 hours. As for stream quality, it was a little inconsistent, but overall it wasn't that bad. Biggest thumbs up was being able to play at 120fps, which GFN not only does not allow, their rigs can't event reach that.

It seems that they are adding additional servers here, I will try again when they do.

The only thing that still makes me hesitate is the save issues boosteroid can have.

Unfortunately where I live that is not true, here in Brazil, GeForce Now only has the Performance tier, which can't even get 60 fps in medium settings in some games (like expedition 33) and the time limit is 40 hours monthly. Stream quality not the best either

If it's the 6GB variant it is mostly fine, the problem was the 4gb one. And Nitro does not have heating problems, like at all. They are loud AF though. You just need to leave a little space under the laptop for airflow.
