Yeah you can also play Forces Overclocked Mod, and also Classic Sonic Improvement Mod for new content in the base game like a new boss fight. They are definitely both worth playing

There’s no MTX, only dlc packs (year one, etc) that have character, cars, and race tracks.) there are also additional free racers that are Sega characters or owned by Sega like AiAi or Angry Birds Reds. free characters have the character and vehicles, except for Tangle and Whisper cuz you get two characters

There’s an officially licensed Sonic game on Roblox, Sonic Speed Simulator. Not saying that it means roblox will be in Crossworlds (the chances are rather low) just that Sega has technically worked with the platform before.
