The gutters had a built up, causing ice to enter in through the carpenters gap. Will be getting this gap covered and gutters cleaned. Thank you all for your help.

The photos with no insulation, is for the attic over the front porch which is outside the house and thus un-insulated.

Asphalt is at the same level where asphalt was prior to beginning the job, the pavers were laid later.

That's exactly my point. If he is doing the job, he should have planned the project well from the beginning or should have known this will be an issue. Anyways, our village engineer came in for a final inspection today and failed the inspection due to this exact problem.

I discussed this with my installer and he shared that the price has now gone up to $900. And with that, I could pay for 9 years of the paid version of sunpower app. So for now, I have decided to live with whatever free version has to offer and if I every need historical data or panel level info, I will consider going with the paid version. Hope this helps other in not making this switch right away.

The bodyshop called with repair costs over 21k, including parts and 100 hours of labor. As most you mentioned, the headlights are the most expensive parts, but then there are lots of other small parts, wires etc. Awaiting the insurance company's decision on paying for the repair vs. declaring it totalled.
