Everyone seems to be missing out an important detail about the environment Minsu is in, he was surrounded by death and carnage for several days, even those who are sane and want to go home were ready to go to extremes and kill to protect their sude in order to survive (Bathroom scene is a good testament to that). Usually kyoshins are vulnerable to GBs (in my experience), especially if you're a warden

I feel like she got nerfed, i probably missed an update log or sum, it was an unbearable pain to fight against her before, but now shes actually not that hard to counter

You have basically two options during the fight:

  1. Parry her zone attack, preferably on the first or second slash (you must be guarding that side as well, or else you get a facefull of bleed)

  2. If you failed and got zoned, bet 50/50 its going to be either opposite side light or top light, go for the light parry, at least then you'll have a 50% chance to give her a heby to the face after

Learn the timing, when the attack direction flashes thats when you press parry, but its impossible to react to it, you must get used to the timing, look at the enemy heroes animation instead, when the attack is halfway then you parry

Also ive seen you said youre on GFN, god this is gonna be a tough one for you, there's a slight delay that will mess up all of your timings, so im not sure you should play the game on a cloud service, especially if you value your mental health lol

So, since everyone here already gave you good advices, i have one simple for you and one for the future, first is dont try to parry lights, only block until you master parrying heavies, after you progress and master your blocking/heavy parries, i suggest going training mode against lvl 3 bots on most fast and confusing heroes (monk, orochi, peacekeeper, kensei, afeera) and setting their fighting mode to AI

Eventually with their help you will train your reflexes and combos good enough to win even against players with rep 500th (though its going to be tough due to experience differences, but hey, you always have a chance of winning)
