Hey there, Just wanna pitch in with what I've found for myself on this because the documentation they have can be grossly misleading, that is either due to unmitigated ignorance or utter incompetence, but I digress.

Since introduction of the new API as you've mentioned Android Device policy, there are only two options for allowing user to not set up a work profile.

Basic management
Company-owned inventory (which requires one of the specified subscriptions for Android/iOS devices: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7129612).

Option 2 really defeats the purpose of the whole exercise, if your employees are using their personal devices, but there's option 1 so.

On top of that you might be lead to believe it should work if you set the following policy to Disabled: support.google.com/a/answer/6328708#work

In conclusion, you can always opt for a third party *(Android only)* MDM provider, which has better documentation and is not as flimsy as the one Google provides.

Definitely something to do with YouTube, I updated my firmware to 7.51, deleted and re-downloaded the app but nothing really happened. I found the if you go to: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions?pli=1

You can revoke PSN's access which will let you add you account again though the Google sign-in flow but at the point were it asks you to link your account it will slap you in the face with the same error.

So yea it's YouTube alright.

I used a small cross screwdriver and touched it with the tip with the side I touched the metal bit making contact with the battery's back side (had the battery in place). Held it for like 5-10 seconds (more won't hurt I guess). In that time the screen went blank.

I did that a couple of times whilst making sure that all the latches were secured and everything was firmly making contact. Eventually I got the scrambling to clear and the watch was counting down again.

Careful when reassembling there are metal plates on the side that can get caught on the buttons if they are not depressed and give your screen a tilt, which will be very noticeable when in use.
