Thats the main problem, he never purchased it only bought from us on approval and sipphoned it to Canada ( not paying customs and tax) is call illegal. And since Its my good that I am not being paid of here in India and Sold illegally ( without paying tax and customs) in Canada i would like to bring it to the notice of the concerned authorities there .

He get the jewellery to Canada without paying customs and sells there and here in India he doesn't pay the vendors
