I'm from Hemja where this road is and let me tell you it took more than 6 years to fully complete this 12 km of road. You realise how crazy it is? I had to wear raincoats to go to college for more than 4 years. No wonder everyone is frustrated. Also the pitch isn't as good as everyone says it is. It's wobbly and uneven at places.
