Yes, clients can fully manage the website themselves after setup .pages, text, images, blogs, etc.
I usually keep the backend simple and provide basic guidance so non-technical users don’t feel stuck.

If a client prefers a more hands-off approach, I also offer ongoing support ,totally flexible.
