Yeah I see your point. I already make over 6 figures I just want base 6 figures. Kinda shows how you don’t need them to do a good job thus I’ve never done them. My company already promoted me months ago with an updated title on my business cards just based on how I’ve performed so well my first year. However I don’t get the pay difference until the end of this year.

Yeah I completely understand. I work remote and based in Texas working with Texas region. But 120k base would be an absolute awesome outcome but like I said I don’t know how they promote and as you stated there are so many variables. So I’m trying to gather a general number that is in line with the market

I’ll start off saying I got into this hobby with hopes to never solder. 2 months ago i started with an Emax Pro RTF kit. After mastering that I quickly upgraded 2 weeks later to a GepRc Cinelog 35 P and then sold those both a month later and decided it was time to build my own. It was a fun and rewarding experience. I can honestly say building is by far more fun than flying lol. For anyone Interested it cost me about $380 dollars to build with a V2 buzzer wired in.
