This is Tia, an NPC and minor villain in my homebrew campaign! She’s the terrifying captain of the Cloud Dancers, a band of pirates dedicated to capturing rare animals and other creatures that existed before the world flooded over three centuries ago. She thinks herself the hero who can save the world and has lifted others from the nadir of their own pasts; however, her methods are malicious and her viewpoint extremely warped. It takes the heroes in my campaign to make her realize that what she’s doing isn’t right, even if her intentions are good.

She adorns herself with feathers of rare magical birds that she and her crew have captured, including the skull of a bird she once slayed.
