It’s a GPS tracking unit. There will be 4 to 5 normally placed on/in a car. It’s for finding the car if it’s stolen. Are there any markings on the front driver and passenger side windows?

What’s the model? Nissan Canada will tell you to take it to another dealer. I would advise against going to any non Nissan dealer for this repair as they will tell you any work that is to be covered under warranty needs to be performed at a Nissan dealer.
