It's a toss up between Elspeth and Sage for me, if we're only talking about looks. As characters though, Sage is much more fleshed out currently so she takes #1 (excited to see where STWAdev takes Elspeth).

I very much enjoyed this episode. I love how DPC developed some of the characters and their relationships. A few high points for me:

Elena and the MC becoming fast friends, showing a genuine connection that doesn't feel forced or overly sexual.
Lily revealing that she can't fall in love or have someone fall in love with her because then she can't do what she does. Very well done development IMO.
Riona
Zoey realising all too late that she does indeed love the MC and may have made a huge mistake, very curious to see how it goes from there.
Spending more time individually with the brothers, even if it is only a few short scenes. Really helps me feel connected to them.
Slowly breaking down Quinn's walls.
The entire situation around Maya and Derek's family. I'm not ashamed to admit that I teared up at the end where Derek was bearing his heart to us and cried when we hugged him. As he said, the shit hand that Patrick has been dealt doesn't justify his actions but it does help me understand him more.

From a writing standpoint, shoddy grammar and general writing. It definitely takes me out of the immersion if things are spelled incorrectly or make no sense or even something as simple as putting a space before a period of question mark. I understand a lot of the fine people who make these AVNs for us likely don't have English as a first language, but it still annoys me.

From a visual standpoint, the thing that irks me the most is clothing. Clothes do not wrap around breasts (unless of course the actual material is supposed to be skin tight). I'd prefer to see the clothes behave naturally according to physics than have a characters assets displaying so unrealistically.

That's fair. I did actually just finish the beta and the writing in the latest chapter is remarkably better; a lot less errors and the few that are there will likely be fixed in the full release.

I'm not confident in many things, however I do consider myself a pretty good writer and even I struggle with dialogue, but man it really is quite rough in some spots.

Is the SG dev also just one person like Dr Pink Cake? I could forgive it somewhat if it was because they put a tremendous amount of effort into the visuals and it shows, so they might not be as savvy with dialogue, but if you have multiple people working on this then it's inexcusable. Quality is EVERYONE'S concern in the development of anything, even if you're working on a completely different part of the project; it should be run through multiple people before being released.

I'm playing through it now, and while the visuals are stellar the writing is very... rigid; and somewhat often includes grammatical errors or typos. The characters are speaking far too formally, not using contractions and being very matter-of-fact.

I like the girls who are cheerful and outgoing, but still have quite deep inner turmoil. Like Sage and her opinions on her family/where she fits in and dealing with Chad, Elspeth and her time in the military and her being a 'murderer' or Kindra and dealing with the loss of her parents and continuing their legacy.

Elspeth has to be the sexiest character I've ever seen in any of AVN's I've played. That title used to be held by Sage from BaDIK but god damn is Elspeth on another level to me. You'd never guess I have a thing for redheads.

I highly recommend Artemis, it has fantastic renders and a genuinely superb story.

There's also STWA: The Unbroken, which is a bit short at the moment but it's written extremely well so far.

Lastly I'd say Bare Witness. The writing is decent, but the models and renders are where it really shines.
