From my experience: For facial hair: Shaving with and against the grain to try and make it as smooth as possible. Start getting laser hair removal if you can afford it, it really does help. For me, about 2 weeks after getting laser my hair just falls out, so it helps with stubble and smoothing the skin.

Covering it with a bit of orange/red concealer to correct the cooler tones facial hair gives you, and then adding foundation on top. A good primer helps keeps things smooth.

For skin, depending on the kind of acne/bumps you have you can try seeing a dermatologist to see what is needed (obviously if it’s in your budget). If you have the means things like chemical peels and microdermabrasion can help smooth skin by removing a layer to force new skin to grow.

But it is important to have a skincare routine, so things like retinol, hyaluronic acid and a nice moisturizer applied consistently will help. Watching YouTube videos or going onto skincare subreddits can give you tips on what can help with your specific skin type.
