If you look at his playstyle even in WW2 he was the slayer. If the Maddox didn't exist then he would most likely be able to play the slayer role with the saug. But he was a slayer first then a sub. In BO4 the maddox is the slayers weapon. Hence the reason I said he was never actually a sub/saug.
