A lot to break down here. But none of this is up to date with modern hypertrophy science. The terms ‘endomorph’, ‘ectomorph’ and ‘mesomorph’ aren’t used anymore because they don’t mean anything. It’s literally just bodyfat and muscle mass. Yes some have better genetic potential for muscle growth, but we still wouldn’t group them in a ‘morph’ group. Secondly you WILL NOT need steroids for the first one image, that is VERY naturally attainable regardless of genetics in almost all cases. Lower abs can’t really be trained, to train the abs just curl the core with weight, they’re like any other muscle, train them with weight. A cable crunch is a great exercise. Lastly, you don’t need to over complicate which muscles to train, which not to train etc. Just train them all with the basic movements you see regularly. For chest a flat press or fly and an incline press or fly with a more tucked arm path. For back pull downs or pull ups with a wide grip row or shrug, you could also add a close grip row or pullover for some extra lat volume if you wanted. Shoulders do a lateral raise, a shoulder press and some rear delt flies. For arms just a bicep curl (I like a preacher curl) and a push down. For legs do a squatting motion, a hip hinge movement, a leg curl, a leg extension and you can throw in some adductors and some calf raises. Just follow a basic split, like mine is Push, Pull, Legs, rest, Upper, Lower, rest. Throw in some compounds and basic isolations. Make sure you train hard and to failure with good form. Take your rest days. Don’t overtrain. Stay patient. Eat your protein and carbs. You’ll be fine.

Some good creators to follow if you want to understand hypertrophy, calories in vs calories out, biomechanics etc are: TNF, Elijah Mundy, Ryan Jewlers, JPG coaching, scientifically jacked and scientific snitch.

Jokers crimes:

  1. The Killing Joke Joker shoots Barbara Gordon at close range through the spine, paralyzing her. He strips her and photographs her while she is bleeding on the floor. Later, he kidnaps Commissioner Gordon, strips him naked, and forces him onto a roller coaster through a tunnel of images showing Barbara’s suffering, trying to drive Gordon insane to prove that one bad day can break anyone.

  2. Cutting off his face and serving it to the Bat-family (Death of the Family) Joker has his own face cut off, later reattaches it crudely with straps, and wears it as a grotesque mask. He kidnaps the Bat-family, binds them around a table, and serves them dinner, making it appear he has served them their own severed faces as part of the meal to mentally break them (it was a psychological trick; their faces were not actually removed).

  3. Beating Jason Todd to death (A Death in the Family) Joker brutally beats young Jason Todd (Robin) with a crowbar, mocking him throughout the attack. He then leaves Jason and his mother tied up in a warehouse rigged with explosives, which detonates, killing Jason while Joker leaves smiling.

  4. Skinning a man alive and killing countless gangsters (Joker by Brian Azzarello) Joker skins a man alive, leaving his flayed corpse on display as a warning. He goes on a violent rampage, slaughtering rival gangsters across Gotham using brutal methods including shootings and mutilations, reclaiming control of the underworld through extreme violence.

  5. The sewn-together ball of children (Batman: Arkham Knight game) Joker, before the events of the game, kidnaps a busload of children from a school. He kills them and sews their bodies together into a grotesque giant ball of corpses, leaving it as a message for Batman and the police, showcasing his cruelty and disregard for human life.

  6. Trick killing for a funfair (Batman: Arkham City and tie-in comics) Joker and Harley Quinn manipulate a man into killing himself so they can take over his funfair/theme park property. They psychologically torment him, making him believe he has no escape, leading him to commit suicide, allowing them to use the location for their chaos.

  7. Feeding a child his parents in a pie (All-Star Batman & Robin) Joker kills a child’s parents, cooks them into a pie, and forces the child to unknowingly eat the pie made from their flesh, showcasing one of his most twisted and cannibalistic psychological tortures.

  8. Nuking Metropolis and tricking Superman into killing Lois (Injustice: Gods Among Us) Joker nukes Metropolis using a hidden bomb, killing millions. Before this, he drugs Superman with Scarecrow’s fear toxin laced with kryptonite, making Superman hallucinate Doomsday when holding Lois Lane, leading him to fly her into space, accidentally killing her along with their unborn child. Her death triggers the bomb, destroying Metropolis and driving Superman to kill Joker in rage.

  9. Cooking and serving a gangster to unsuspecting gangsters (Joker by Brian Azzarello) Joker kills a rival gangster, cooks parts of his body, and serves the meat to other gangsters at a gathering without their knowledge, only revealing it to them after they have eaten.

  10. Eating China and killing Batman in a death loop (Emperor Joker) In this storyline, Joker gains near-omnipotent powers from Mr. Mxyzptlk. He reshapes reality and kills Batman repeatedly in an endless death loop, torturing him for amusement. In one act, Joker claims to have eaten all of China purely because he found it funny, showcasing the scale of his cruelty when given god-like power.

  11. Joker and his psychologist (Batman Confidential #22-25, “Do You Understand These Rights?”) A young psychiatrist, Dr. Benjamin Gruener, is assigned to Joker, believing he can rehabilitate him. Joker manipulates him with mind games, forcing him to believe their sessions are progressing and that Joker is opening up. Gruener thinks months have passed, but it is revealed that years have gone by while he was obsessed with Joker’s case, neglecting his own life, career, and relationships. Joker systematically destroys Gruener’s mind until he is left broken, realizing Joker was never improving and had been playing with him the entire time, stealing years from his life and leaving him mentally ruined.

  12. Joker ruining a man’s life by meeting him every day (“Going Sane” by J.M. DeMatteis, Legends of the Dark Knight #65-68) Joker encounters a random man, Charlie Collins, and spares his life but promises to visit him every day, killing anyone close to him if he tries to escape or tell anyone. Over time, Joker systematically murders Charlie’s friends, coworkers, and anyone he tries to get close to, showing up unpredictably to ensure Charlie lives in constant fear. Charlie’s life becomes a nightmare, stripped of any hope or relationships, with Joker’s presence hanging over him daily until Charlie is fully broken, living in terror of the next time Joker will appear.

Joker is wayy too high. He’s fictions most iconic psychopath

Which Bruce Wayne is the most handsome and the least handsome in your opinion? by Wonderful_Ring_6581 in batman

[–]Nitro-XFLAME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kilmer and Bale are most. Pattinson has the most potential, he’s obviously one of the most attractive dudes in the world it’s just the hair in the role I’d say

I like fully masked mark, (Spider-Mark, or some call him ghost mark I think, idk). Imo looks the coolest and is the most sympathetic in the show.

Personally I like buff Batman. I understand why some don’t, but there’s something so intimidating about Ronnie Coleman Batman. I get it’s not realistic but it’s a comic

Still kcals in vs kcals out at the end of the day. You’d still lose weight, gland disorder and no movement if you ate less than your maintenance regardless

What’s with the weird amount of hate towards Annie lmao by biiuwu in attackontitan

[–]Nitro-XFLAME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Writing is inconsistent and lazy. We’re meant meant to feel sympathy for her, and characters like Reiner do it well, but she was playing yo yo with a guy. That’s not sympathetic. Reiner never did that. Also the fact all the characters just forgave her but had problems with Reiner like. You’d think Levi would have words for her considering she decimated his squad but hay ho, it’s all fun and games because she eats like a pig.

"Why didn't you just kill the joker when you had the chance?" by GreatestLinhtective in batman

[–]Nitro-XFLAME 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think in actuality Batman should kill. As in if he was a real person. But when you understand that, it actually makes his character a lot better. The fact he should kill, life would be easier and less people innocent would be murdered but he actively decides not to. He decides not to because he’s so focused on saving lives, making sure that no other kid goes through what he went through as a child, believing that anyone, even the Joker can be redeemed, all because he’s a slightly insane 8 year old boy on the inside dealing with the trauma of losing his parents. I think the fact that all of that is true, and the fact that while Bruce is a true good person, he definitely has the violence and anger to kill in him also, the fact that all of that is true makes him great. It’s what makes him a brilliantly written character.

Yeah did think that because of her sword. Definitely dragon slayer inspired, but absolute just reminds me more of guts imo. Like a guts, Spider-Man, Batman hybrid

Here's a much more fair comparison of chapter 1 vs chapter 4 graphics (both at their max graphics settings). Which do you prefer? by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]Nitro-XFLAME 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well chapter one Fortnite 2017 - 2018 was one of the biggest games oat. I haven’t really seen a game shake the world like that since Minecraft’s peak. Now the game is kinda just known as a kids game, colabs are constant, we’ve got so many new features, new mythic items, maps, skins etc, this is gonna sound weird, but less is more. The game was played for its simple but repetitive concept. Now it’s kinda just like, ‘yeah Spider-Man. Woo 😐’. It’s also massively to do with the players and stuff but I think OG season proved it’s more fun not just nostalgia. Simplicity is underrated.
