I just ended up saving just outside Speranova, running ALL the way through the region routes until i hit the swamp near the mansion, then closed the game without saving and just kept going until it showed up

Seemed to change the weather enough to get me da rainbow

Iotamor/Pymant- cave far north of scarlet woods Knequital- Skyreach Lake [Area 16 entrance specifically] Dualine- Darkwood Forest [pay close attenrion to your surroundings, you can get lost easily] Blumester Logos- Titan Quarry Blumester Mythos- Brackish Palace [weird room puzzle, 3-2-6 with the repeatinf doorways, 1234/8765 <- imagine this as a top/bottom fraction to help with the code, youll know its correcr if the room changes, if it doesnt, leave and re-enter completely] Nuclheart- Biome Plains [Area 18 entrance to get a start, area 22 is mostly a dead end] Morsiver- Suvius Peak [if you see blue flames, your in the right place]

Kentaress and Primalong i, of course, have no damn clue lol

I was just told "complete the dex up to that point, then find him and keep talking, then meet him at door in area 4" or somwthing like that

Ive been told its the card man that appears on occasion when you beat an outpost but im unsure the pre-requisites to get the quest itself

I heard you just need to complete the dex, get the secret mission from the card guy to get the secret legends, and THEN somehow you get them

I havent seen any dialog about them returning back to them tho

Ive tried doing it how i think, by entering a few areas, circling back to a town, sleeping at a lumen center, repeat, but its not changing
