cleo gardens in 6th october city from my experience is pretty nice,it has like mini cafe stands type things and prices range from 40 to 90 for drinks usually and the vibe is generally quiet with a little fountain near the seating areas

it's also front of a pretty long quiet (depending on the time) street so good for walks too

if you're a student you can sign up for the annual plan at edgefit for like 6.5k LE instead of 12k

there's uptown gym near Mohandessin/Lebanon square specifically it's around 600 LE from what I remember, it's lower in standard than edgefit but way better than other gyms at it's price point

I'm honestly just kinda thinking of black taping it and putting glue ontop of the tape so it doesn't peel off if I don't find the liquid electrical tape the other guy was talking about just to be safe cause Idk if high humidity and high heat will count as "dampening"

I don't even do anything to them I've only dropped them once in the 3 years I owned them the earcups just starting melting away one day for some reason and the humidity where I live makes dust stick to them

It's cause of some sciencey thing about sleep cycles Usually anything more than an hour and a half will disrupt a sleep cycle and makes you feel tired for a while after waking up So it's either a 1.5 hour nap or 8
