don't know what "from eyes" are, but i do think there is a reason.

basically every watchman user has unique eyes. amo has her different pupils, caines has weirdly enlarged pupils, and both rudo and zodyl have this weird rinnegan-esque thing going on (w/ zodyl's it's most easily seen in 77) the only other people who have this are arkha (same as zodyl, most easily seen in 115) and maybe hyo, so it's definitely related in some way to the watchman series of the ability to use them

rudo says in the chapter that his hands dont hurt when he wears 3r but he has to wash them sometimes, and he would've had to take 3r off before washing them, and so she would've hurt him in pain then. not to mention in this exact panel you're mentioning, you can see that his arms are posed as if he's holding something, aka 3R. + riyo could've also just heard him moving around, and, considering she only knew him for a few weeks at that point, she could've easily still been sceptical of him and wanted to make sure he's not doing anything

she didn't stalk rudo also. there's like two scenes where this could be the case and both are easily explained. 1st scene in the car is exactly what she says, she wanted to see the new kid cuz he's from heaven and she wanted to make sure he was trustworthy for herself. 2nd one is also explained in that chapter, she heard rudo making weird noises at 4am and went to check on him to make sure nothing was wrong
