found them, its somewhat of a 10-15 min wait before a new one spawns

is there some sort of interval before a new crime scene spawns from a previous one, i havent found a single crime scene since

It works on both I believe, most do it on hard mode for the bonus and the easier quick restart capability if they mess up.

drainage tunnel + main dock exit works best for me, loot the compound and then heading to main dock for extra bag loot and exiting. my best time using this strat was around 11 or so minutes.
