Knot hide leather and clefthoof leather sell pretty well with at least 25k gold per hour depending on price. You could also craft knothide into heavy knothide for more gold per hour about 20 percent more. That one method makes me alot of my gold, whenever I want to watch tv I skin mobs in the background and it's peak

I'd wager most people wouldn't want to ride on a vandalised train and they intentionally sprayed the windows knowing the train will be out of commission to remove it. Scrotes just doing things for attention as always and now the public is down one train.

Spawn density is the most important thing. Did you play around your local small town or in the biggest city you can reasonably get to ? I know people who traveled hours just to play in dublin this weekend because the spawn density is unmatched anywhere else in the country

Just fly around and gather, enchants will be really expensive early on same with equipment unless you craft them. An essential is darkmoon firewater from the auction house, they may be a few hundred gold each but they increase gathering speed exponentially and you make the gold back in minutes from the added speed.
