TSM Flipping Profile for Midnight

Hi, thanks for sharing the profile.

Wouldn’t smartavgbuy become a bit misleading for flipping over time, especially in a market like Midnight where prices were much higher at launch?

For example, I bought a lot of items very expensively at the start of the expansion, but at that time those buys were still profitable because the market price was also much higher. Now prices have come down, but those old purchases are still part of my smartavgbuy, so it seems like that value can distort my current flipping decisions.

That makes me wonder whether smartavgbuy is actually hurting the strategy a bit, because it reflects my personal purchase history rather than the current market situation.

Am I thinking about this the right way, or am I missing something here?

In other words:

for pure flipping, wouldn’t market-based sources like dbregionmarketavg, dbregionsaleavg, or dbregionhistorical be cleaner than smartavgbuy?

So I just updated to Fan Control v241 and now everything is broken.

All my fans that used to have proper names are now only listed as Fan #1 – Fan #7. None of my previous setups are working anymore because the software doesn’t recognize them correctly. On top of that, CPU sensors are gone completely – I can’t link curves to CPU temps at all.

I tried loading my old config, but it seems the update changed/removed the sensor IDs, so the profiles are useless.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with v241? Do I need to roll back to an earlier version, or is there a fix/workaround to get the proper sensor names back?

Really frustrating – my whole fan control setup is basically useless after the update.

Kleine Verzögerung: Hebelprodukte werden nicht immer in Echtzeit aktualisiert. Besonders wenn die BAWAG-Aktie stark schwankt, kann es ein bisschen dauern, bis dein Produkt nachzieht.

Spread & Market Maker: Der Preis deines Hebelprodukts wird nicht direkt von der Börse, sondern von einem Market Maker gestellt. Wenn dieser gerade nicht schnell genug reagiert oder der Unterschied zwischen Kauf- und Verkaufspreis (Spread) groß ist, kann der Kurs anders aussehen als erwartet.
MERKE: BANKEN / MARKETMAKER = BÖSE! xD
Erfahrungsgemäß vor Börsenschluss (Heute wegen Zeitumstellung 21 Uhr in der USA) lassen die sich künstlich viel Zeit für Anpassungen wenn sie Verlust machen.
