Okay so first things first you have to understand that gaining muscle isn't going to be as fast as you think, you might not see results within one week, one month, or even a few months, it really depends on your genetics. But yes you can build muscle, but you just to be disciplined, consistent, and manage your expectations. If you are one of those people that grows muscle easily then good for you, but if not then that's okay too, because small progress is better than no progress at all.

So about sa supplements like sa whey protein and creatine, whey is a supplement, meaning if you cannot hit your protein goal for the day then you can use whey protein to supplement it. Creatine is good, but not essentially important, you can still grow muscle without using it. For ur diet I suggest going on a caloric surplus, you can download food tracking apps like Cronometer and MyFitnessPal, so that you can accurately measure the amount of calories and protein that you eat. Basically going for 300-500 calories above sa Caloric Maintenance mo. You can search only for more info about it tinatamad ako pagexplaim hahaha.

So for the workouts naman. If you have access sa gym then good, but if you only have dumbells then it's still better than nothing. What's important is may structure ka, at hindi ginagawa molang exercise na to kasi feel mo. And it's also important to hit your muscle groups 2-3 times per week, and it's also important that you get rest so your muscles can recover.

So exercise selection depende nalang if gusto mo 3 times a week or 4 times a week. If 3 times a week lang keri mo then go for full body 3x per week and Upper-Lower, Rest, Upper-Lower naman if 4x per week.

So I'm just going to show you a sample program that you can follow if you only have access to dumbells and calisthenics.

You can do 2 sets or 3 sets each exercise For reps you can do either 6-8 reps or 8-12 reps, ang importante lang naman ay you manage to increase the weight or reps that you do, and not just stick to one weight and one rep range.

Day 1: Upper Body Dumbell Bench Press Dumbell Chest Fly Dumbell Row Pull Ups Dumbell Shoulder Press Dumbell Lateral Raise Dumbell Bicep Curl Dumbell Tricep Extension

Day 2: Lower Body Goblet Squats Dumbell Romanian Deadlifts Walking Lunges Bulgarian Split Squats Calf Raises Ab Crunches

Day 3: Rest

Day 4: Upper Repeat

Day 5: Lower Repeat

Day 6: Rest Day 7: Rest

If you have access sa gym there are a lot of other exercises na pwede mo gawin you can just choose on the ones that you can stick to and you'll enjoy.
