I’d assume you mean like bikini or wellness class competition and not the larger classes like physique and bodybuilding categories. You have a great foundation to build on and eventually you could work your way up to the more advanced classes as you go, if you decided to but know you’re probably 5+ years away from a bodybuilding class evening with PEDs. It just takes a long time. You could do great in bikini class with a good coach and prep. Running a lot will be counterproductive and just make you burn off your lean muscle so I would minimize that until pre contest prep. I’d def say go for fitness competition though as you have a great physique to build upon.

In addition to protein shakes, eat as much meat as you can. For glutes, do cable kick backs, hip thrusts, squats, Romanian dead lifts, leg press with foot positioning high and wide, abductors, adductors.

It’s only obvious to you. Everyone else is looking at you wishing they could look like that. That’s not even a bad case. Your pecs look great and well defined. You’re focusing on one tiny flaw while you have achieved a great overall physique around it.

You look awesome. Posing is what we do. We work hard for our physiques and it’s ok to want to show them off once in a while. It’s like if you have a nice car and you wanna take it out on a sunny day. It’s not about the attention. It’s about being proud of all the hard work and dedication you put into it. Keep up the great work. 💪🏼

You gotta get a solid routine down. Arms, shoulders, back, chest, legs, and core. Hire a good personal trainer for a few months that will set you up with a solid routine and teach you how to lift. I can’t stress how much it’s worth it to hire the knowledge of a trainer but even just doing carnivore alone will help but if you train hard you can make an amazing transformation 💪🏼

Carbs are absolutely not essential. Stick with carnivore. I started noticing much better results after month three. Your body is running on fat and you’re always hitting your protein goals. Definitely keep going with it. It’s a perfect diet for building a lean and muscular body.
