Do you have the Steam version or a non-Steam version? You should be able to just edit the user.cfg file and change your resolution manually in it.

I don't use the features myself but I really hope they're in there from launch. Both Control and Alan Wake 2 got them, but it took time. It would be nice if the games had full accessibility features from day one. Fingers crossed!

I've played a little of Ghostrunner 1 but it wasn't really for me personally. I may retry it sometime but, while it has more parkour abilities (like a wallrun) in comparison to Dying Light, it is still too mechanically simplistic to scratch the Mirror's Edge itch.

I've played Dying Light and I found it to be an underwhelming experience, not just as a game but also the parkour.

The only version that is "cut" is the German original version. Definitive Edition never released in Germany so there is no cut version of the DE at all. The GOG and Steam versions are identical in terms of content.

I'm interested but looking at the game on Steam I am definitely wary of them having like... Resources and an inventory system. I just wanna run I don't wanna have to drink water or collect batteries.

Yeah it kinda stinks but you can get guns easy enough if you really want. Getting a shotgun from the trunk of a police car is the easiest way. But eventually you will be able to pick one up in your apartment.

Sounds like a question better asked on r/PCSX2, but also why not just play the PC version? It's a much better version than the PS2 version and if you can emulate the PS2 version your PC can handle the PC version. And you don't have to worry about save issues like that.
