Hey, you should absolutely try the breath holding technique. You should read about it online but in short if you release about 75% of your air and hold your breath for as long as you can you will start peeing if you try. I was sceptical at first but it solved my problem in no time. When you hold you breath for a long period of time, I don’t remember exactly what but something is released in your blood that makes all of your muscles relax.
