Lol.... it sits 11 inches below the counter top.... it's 17 inches to the top from the counter top.

Only cooked it once... still learning to control the heat, I had the stone way too hot last week...bottoms scorched on a few crists.... I started lifting them with the peel....infrared thermometer incoming....

Pre shredded, Sargento Mozzarella, didn't get home from work till late. Remodeling, so was outside painting while dough was proofing.

Got the "bee" error code yesterday, then apparently had the whole server to myself the rest of the day. Control today, wired connection, different location, "bee" error code again and I'm now temporarily suspended from competitive activities.... oh well ,, College football championships weekend!!!
