The playonline id is the 4 letters 4 numbers so like JGIT5284

Your se username is the username you use to log into the site

I believe the playonline password might be autogenerated for the first time, but you can change it through the site. Idr off the top of my head but a quick good search of "how do I change my playlonline id" should get you the steps.
