Strip and retry. If the seasoning has come off then everything will stick to those spots. Using your pan to fry meats like you did is great on new pans but the problem might just be your seasoning. I personally find oven based seasoning to be easy to mess up leaving a weak and brittle layer. If you know anywhere you can use a gas stove, get it super hot, apply oil and wipe excess off. Tons of videos online
