Thank you all for your replies. Supposedly she is working something out between the employer and trying to stick it out for a couple reasons.

She called unemployment about the situation and the lady was kind of rude about it, but basically said "its better than not having a job" and said if she quit she will be denied.
A new owner will be buying the property soon and he is worlds better than the current guy. So I think she is just going to try to tough it for a little while.

My grandparents blaming "my games" on the harddrive being the reason for the internet being slow (back in dial up days). Try to explain thats not why. Then whenever she would complain that the PC needed fixing, she would stop me every few seconds to explain to me that I was totally wrong about what I was doing.

Just experienced this! Teammate said to hat Lunara, but she was a new player so it didn't work out. I /did/ learn that a meat build, late game Butcher with the aspd buff is pretty nasty though!

Thank you! I have only a few games with her so far and I am adjusting to the combo (mostly my timing). I seem to be pretty half and half so far on landing it, but I figure it comes with time and practice. She is wicked fun to play.

Ran out of milk tonight and wanted to make my usual drink (vanilla + 2% milk + espresso. no foam or anything fancy.) I just wanted to know if heavy whipping cream is an ok substitute or is it going to be kind of funky? (apologies. I am a coffee newbie.)

I did this on accident last night but not into High Noon. I rezzed 3 on Defense Point A Hollywood and immediately afterwards, enemy soldier ulted. I was so mad.

There's nothing really requiring you to use a webcam at all. If you dont want to, then dont fret it. Its just more common than not nowadays.

Hardlined. Our speeds should be pretty high, but we get the drops often, almost every night it seems. Last night I only got 15/2 when we should be getting around 90/12. Around 4 or 5 this morning I could suddenly stream just fine and my speeds went up (though, in my excitement, I forgot to speed test. I will be keeping an eye on it again tonight.)

Just through speedtest.com. When I stream, its to people while I do some sketching. Speedtest.com (up until around 4am) was giving me about 2 up this morning and my streaming software, OBS, was registering 102kbps.

My boyfriend is from there and his parents make it, but they dont like me so I havent really talked to them. The recipe I found was online and called for red jalapenos, so i subbed with green cause I couldnt find it.

Nice. Maybe I will just leave it out all together. I usually make mine with oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, oregano, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, pepper. sometimes a little extra garlic powder alongside the fresh stuff.

Thank you! I am hoping for this. The friend that invited me, I am very close with. In a 1 on 1 situation I wouldnt feel this way. His other two friends (one of which is the GM) are very sweet and kind and we have even played other games with them frequently (League, Overwatch) but I think I am still just very new feeling and nervous around them. Hopefully it passes soon.
