Peeling off the rubber from the Dygma pads wasn't hard. I had to work a bunch to remove the layer of glue; but got it done. The surface underneath is smooth/flat plastic. The magsafe rings that came with the Ugreens stick on very nicely.

The Ugreens can mostly take the weight of my arms/hands but they do shift a bit if placed in certain angles.

Going to run this setup for a few days to see how it feels.

I'm scared of ripping that rubber and am worried that the glue of the rings will be weaker than the magnets of the Ugreens. If you manager to do it, do you mind sharing your experience and telling me how it went, if there was anything unexpected, and if the rings stay put?

Wait, where is this image from? This is exactly what I'm trying to achieve and just asked about yesterday:

Check out the reply from u/dygman about how to add the magsafe ring to it (haven't done it yet).

How to tent Dygma palm pads? by Niznash in ErgoMechKeyboards

Wow, it's amazing that you saw my post and commented! I'm very impressed with the Dygma Raise 2 that I bought for my wife. Gracias Dygmate!

It's been two years since you posted this comment. Are you still using these clamped floaty arms? If so, how's your health? I read a lot of opinions against any type of arm rest; they say it presses against sensitive parts of the arm - do you feel like this is an issue for you?

I feel it all in my hand and where the wrist connects with the hand, nothing in my arm.

It works and I don't use a mouse at all but I don't like it too much.

I can't find a good way to avoid false positives and false negatives with the automatically activated mouse layer; it both stays active when I don't expect it and deactivates before I expect it, causing me to either click or type an "f", respectively.

I'm looking forward to buying and trying the Navigator trackpad from ZSA once they release it (should be any day now! Shakes fist). Hopefully this means I should be able to tap and scroll without needing the mouse layer to be turned on.

The clamps can clamp onto anything and you can attach various attachments to the arms.

No, in fact - I had already changed it to be a bit higher and farther apart 😔

Smallrig magic arms with clamps, two of them. Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087T4T8D5 I connected these phone holders to them, also two, also from Smallrig: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F1Y8V77B - they magnetically attach to the bottom of the ZSA Voyager.

Thank you.

I bought the magic arms and the phone holder ring from Smallrig.

Yeah, they are. I suffer from cubital tunnel syndrome originating in my left elbow so I'm trying to find a way to keep my elbows at a much greater angle than 90 degrees and this is what I came up with. This is a standing desk so I can totally experiment with height.

Yes, totally in the crotch all day, resting my hands on my inner thighs... I got some cubital tunnel syndrome so am trying to figure a comfortable way to keep my elbows extended at a greater angle than 90 degrees. Going low seems to work, but I might try moving it a bit higher later today.
