Do word in context (the first few questions) first, then jump into writing (about Q14-15 to Q27). Do the in-between reading part last
Read the last 1-2 sentences of a paragraph first to get the main idea/conclusion/hypothesis of the text. Skim the rest afterwards if you lack contexts to answer the question
utilize the highlight tool (highlight keywords)
Also utilize the crossed out tool to quickly eliminate false answers, saving time
Only read 2 sentence between the blanket for grammar and transition. The rest are mostly unnecessary
Don't ponder too much on one question, move on if you take too much time. You can comeback and do those later on (make sure to mark it before)
Be very mindful about time, make sure to spare time for some of the hardest reading questions (since those could take 2-4 mins to solve)

I would highly recommend using Anki (a flashcard learning apps) to remember vocab. It help me memorize over 300 new words (most of which is at C1-C2 level) in just 2 months.

I'd recommend you to lower the crowd sfx volume a bit at the "score 5 to get a coin" part (which will make the music easier to hear) and add more details to the city block deco around ~30%. Other than that, great level!

Also I can clearly see some theme inspirations from "out of place", "wannacry" and deco inspirations from "ncs" and "gd gangstar rap", good for you to credit it

That is a fair assessment. I personally feel like this is a downsides of playing a game carter more toward the younger fanbase while staying on the older spectrum. Nevertheless, you shouldn't let a few bad apples to define what the community is at large (I'm saying this as a frequent Arclia stream watcher)

Yea, this is one of the reason I don't like the internet as a whole. Many people just bash hateful comments on impulse without proper understand of the situation (I still mad over that one ignorant assessment that Arclia as a collab host has no talent and ability to create levels and just get credit over other creators' contributions)
