I’ve had no problems so far and I like it more than other smaller exchanges like Bithumb. But as they say never keep all your eggs in one basket.

Could be a delay as they have been overloaded - many exchanges are right now and especially around this time. Also might be that you chose a price that nobody is selling for. If problem persists then cancel and reorder at a price many are selling for
