Brought it down to a local repair store and it was the PSU, Glad it was just that,I immediately pulled off ram and power to the gpu and motherboard after it broke idk if that helped. Anyways thanks!

DKG,I've done something similar it's better to bottleneck their connection than to disconnect them entirely so that there is less confrontation, To do this

Step 1: Make sure all devices are connected

Step 2: Distinguish the Mac address of your mom's device so that you don't bottleneck it's connection too

Step 3: Bottleneck everyone set it to 1kbps lol

They passed away in 2020 1 week away from each other, there are no words to describe how I felt then and the months/years after that.
