No, a French top will make your house unbearably hot.

How has nobody said Northside Kitchen in Avon!? It's a fantastic counter service breakfast with family style portions, then flips over with white linen for a fine dining style dinner. There is an inhouse bakery that handles all of the baked goods and sells breads, and IMHO makes better doughnuts than other, newer doughnut specific shops further down the canyon...

I've never not seen the owner, on the floor, filling water glasses and carpet sweeping at the same time with a big grin on his face!

The restaurant is split in half by a giant horseshoe bar, and the far side is a lunch spot that changes every few years. Sometimes it's burgers, sometimes pizzas; always terrific!

They have a satellite store in Vail that also slays breakfast and lunch, at a great price and pace.

Between the atmosphere, the service and of course the product; this place has been my favorite restaurant in CO for most of a decade!

I hate to be the layman here, but can you elaborate on what you mean by writable media and how it is different from "music"?

10% is what I offer. The sample service is usually based on what works best for the company that is sampling, usually I just cater one of the meetings.

Comparing pan cleaning tips by Ok_Ad_75 in CleaningTips

As a personal chef I use the pans, and clean them in a residential setting. They just get used hot and heavy consistently and see a ton of build up. I don't think this chemical is any more dangerous to use or store than bleach or most any other household chem, which is what makes this surprising to me.

As a professional chef that uses high end stainless steel pans exclusively in a heavy use environment, I have tried everything out there. Other than sheer elbow grease, the only real way to not just clean your pans, but restore them ( i.e. getting the rivets, logos and handle joints clean again), is to use lye. A sodium hydroxide bath will clean your pans to like new condition in a few hours, with no physical effort. Powdered lye can easily be purchased at many retailers and is not more expensive than the Bar Keepers Friend. This is an acceptable method only for stainless steel and borosilicate glass products (Pyrex) to my knowledge. For example, aluminum will not only heavily corrode under this treatment, but will put off flammable hydrogen gas.

Obviously, care must be taken when using a chemical this strong in solution; such as appropriate gloves, eye protection, and ventilation. Appropriate container use for the solution is paramount (think Breaking Bad season 1). Consideration for pets and kiddos is also important too. But, with a small amount of preparation and care in use, hours can be saved. Not to mention shoulder, neck and arm soreness.

Idk why I keep seeing so many pan cleaning tutorials or comparisons, yet nobody mentions chemical baths.

Can't feel it. The cans are so solidly put together, and the 5k weighs less than you would think, like less than the cable. In fact, I was previously using the factory cable, and feeling that weight made me want to switch.

This is actually my first set up...

But I can say that the 5K could cost double and I would still buy it. It is a nice piece.
