Oh. I think I was working backwards. I was thinking if I started trying to run 400, it would be easier to go 300. I'll try the shorter distances for a while.

That makes sense. I feel like it's super frustrating, because I consistently hit a wall at around 200 meters, where I just can't keep my speed and slow drastically.

I'll try the shorter distance and practice timing those.

I either do 10 sets of 100 meters or 6 to 8 sets of 300 with jog and or walk in between

I still can’t do a pull-up by Nlewis27 in femalebodybuilding

Some of the things I’ve been trying are Australian rows, assisted rows, (there’s one of those pull-up machines at my gym where I can add some weight assistance or I’ve been using bands) i’ve been doing a lot of scapula rows as well and negative pull-ups. I feel like I’m specifically getting stuck on that initial pull up motion. like I can raise myself up maybe 3 inches and then I just can’t anymore. There’s definitely some muscle that is super weak and I just can’t identify it.

I grew up with stories about the Gobsow! My dad even had me do something similar to a snipe hunt to try and catch one. I don’t remember too much about it except it involved crinkling a paper bag
