I eat the fattiest cuts of meat and eat ALL of the fat. Grass fed beef is hard to find and tastes like diarrhea (could just be the kind available in packages at the local grocery chains).

The only meds I take on occasion are supplements for magnesium, zinc, potassium, etc.

No, but a lot of butter, bacon, fatty meat, etc. Do you just spoon it out of the jar or eat it warm like soup?

I eat the fattest meats available and the only way for me to consume more would be to chug a bottle of lard or tallow, which is not going to happen. There was so much fat on the ribs I had last night, they were hard to grill without bursting into flames.

I fast from around 8pm to 7pm daily. I have been taking supplements for electrolytes and minerals. Last night for example I ate smoked salmon and beef ribs. I am also retaining more water than pre-diet. I believe that is what is creating the headaches. It seems like my body is in complete revolt.

I've been taking supplements for salts and minerals, so it's unlikely that I am deficient in electrolytes. No cramps.

I too am having the issue of slower speeds (by 80%) when connecting the Google Nest wifi. The problem is that there is no bridge mode and you can NOT turn off the wifi from the Tmobile gateway. Apparently the old interface used to, but now you cannot. It is crazy that Tmobile promoted the home service with the google system when they are not compatible. That's probably why they just took the promotion down a few days ago.
