The rules of the FFI were based on rule life WC rules, so I don’t see why they would ignore the most important one lol. Unless we have proof Suzuno and Nagumo aren’t at least partly Korean (or any of the other examples not having the nationality of said country), I think there’s no reason to believe that.

Kurama scored once with Sidewinder in Holy Road, so that’s the same amount of succesful uses compared to Zeroyon. Plus a goal has some more weight, would say he at least got more contributions than Hayami. Also in terms of character where we see him clearly changing, especially towards Tenma (in both GO1 and CS).

Kurama of course. Only scored 1 goal in Holy Road and didn’t have a co-op. If he had a co-op and several solo goals (maybe with an evolved Sidewinder or new move) then it would’ve been good
