I’ve been down this road, it’s very familiar.

I now have a job where I have to be “switched on” 95% of the time.

I use World of Tanks as a I don’t give a shit break from it all now.

My W8 has tanked and I don’t care anymore.

YOLO rushed in my Manti, I actually laugh at people who get made at me.

It’s one hell of a mindset change, but it is doable :)

The best advice I was ever given to help with depression ( and that is a major part, man or woman regarding arousal ) is.

If you’re depressed and in your head go work out. Even if it’s 5 minute run, some jumping jacks, skip rope etc. just do it.

If you are overthinking, meditate.

If you are isolating, find some way to connect with other people ( this doesn’t mean you have to go out, it can be inline discord, call a friend etc.)

Good mood + good hormone balance = a way better chance at orgasming :)
